Your role is essential in timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, enabling early fault detection to ensure every Rotoplas solution reaches families with maximum quality. **What will you do?** * **Technical Execution:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and infrastructure following work orders. * **Optimization:** Minimize downtime in the production process. * **Internal Service:** Address requirements from production, administration, and warehouse departments. **This position is right for you if you have:** * **Education:** Completed high school or a technical degree (Instrumentation Technician, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, or Electronics Technician). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in operating machines and tools, welding, electricity, and basic mechanics. * **Skills:** Adaptability to change and teamwork, passion for results and continuous improvement. **Key Information:** * **Location:** Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts. * **Contract Type:** Temporary position.
