Job Summary: We are seeking apprentices with no prior experience who are interested in physical maintenance, electricity, plumbing, and finishing work, and who wish to receive training. Physically demanding work and use of specialized equipment **MAINTENANCE APPRENTICE** Individuals **WITH NO EXPERIENCE**, aged 18–30, accustomed to physical labor and eager to learn about electricity, plumbing, finishing work, and operation of specialized equipment. **WE WILL TRAIN YOU HERE!** Are you a recent graduate of a technical or vocational program in electricity or maintenance? Welcome to our team! **Work Location:** Shopping center located near Zapata metro station, CDMX (Benito Juárez borough) **Requirements:** * Residents living near the work area (applicants residing in the State of Mexico will NOT be considered) * Willingness to learn all aspects of preventive and corrective building maintenance * Ideally, your documentation should already be in order, as you will begin employment the same week as your interview **WE ARE NOT SEEKING TECHNICIANS OR JOURNEYMEN** **WE OFFER:** * **Monthly gross salary of $10,800** (before ISR and IMSS deductions) * **Statutory benefits** * **Training** * **Uniform** * **Life insurance** * **Major medical expense coverage** * **Two-hour lunch break** **Work schedule:** Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM, including a two-hour lunch break and one weekly day off
