Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Leader responsible for managing suppliers, work teams, and ensuring the functional and aesthetic condition of buildings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages suppliers and work teams for maintenance services. 2. Ensures the functionality and aesthetics of buildings. 3. Secures spare parts and provides user support. Building Maintenance Leader Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical Superior University (TSU) degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Knowledge of supplier management, costs and budgets, personnel management, Microsoft Office applications, and industrial maintenance in Facilities areas (electricity, refrigeration, civil works), as well as relevant laws. 1\) Manage suppliers for insurance policies and restoration services. 2\) Manage assigned work teams. 3\) Ensure buildings remain in good functional and aesthetic condition. 4\) Secure requests for necessary spare parts to guarantee proper operation of peripheral equipment. 5\) Provide user support by responding to service requests.
