Description

**Responsibilities / Functions:** * Address and resolve hardware and software incidents reported by users (on-site and remote). * Provide basic and first-level support for the ERP/CRM **Enkontrol** (access, errors, module queries). * Install, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on computing equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in systems and email accounts. * Monitor and provide basic support for the local network (LAN, Wi\-Fi, structured cabling). * Safeguard and control the company’s technological equipment inventory. * Document incidents and solutions in a logbook or ticketing system. * Assist in implementing new technological tools or system updates. * Track warranties and contracts with technology vendors. * Train users on basic tool usage and digital best practices. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in **Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology**, or related field. * Experience in **system, process, or internal control audits**. * Knowledge of process analysis and continuous improvement. * Proficiency in database management and support tools (desirable). **Technical Knowledge** * System audits and internal control. * Process and procedure documentation. * Technical user support. * Desirable: ERP, databases, and information security fundamentals. **Competencies and Skills** * Clear and effective communication. * Ability to teach and train. * Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to work within guidelines and regulatory compliance. **Experience** * Minimum **2 to 3 years** in similar positions **Physical Work Location:** SENDEROS.
