GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Location: **Medica Santa Carmen \| Guadalajara** At Médica Santa Carmen, we are seeking a committed and proactive **General Maintenance Technician** who will contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities and the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, furniture, and basic equipment * Carry out general repairs related to electricity, plumbing, painting, metalwork, drywall, and finishes * Supervise and monitor the proper functioning of hydraulic and water systems within the clinic * Monitor water pumps, elevated tanks (tinacos), cisterns, pipes, and supply systems to ensure proper operation * Detect and address water leaks, pressure fluctuations, or failures related to the water system * Support periodic inspections of equipment and facilities to prevent operational failures * Verify the operation of lighting, air conditioning, restrooms, and common areas * Maintain internal and external clinic areas in optimal condition * Ensure appropriate safety and operational conditions in the facilities * Use tools, materials, and personal protective equipment correctly * Report major incidents or needs for specialized maintenance Requirements: * Preferred experience in maintenance of hotels and/or hospitals * General knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Experience or basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and water management * Basic knowledge of air conditioning, electricity, painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, metalwork, gardening, and alarm systems * Ability to identify and resolve operational failures * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills * Proactivity and availability to respond to incidents * Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance * Flexible schedule availability We offer: Statutory benefits (health insurance, year-end bonus, vacation, profit-sharing, etc.) Grocery vouchers ($1,500 monthly) Uniforms Psychological support Employee referral program Ongoing training *Join a team where your work helps keep essential spaces running for the care and well-being of our patients...*
