Main Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. • Repair basic electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing failures. • Maintain equipment, furniture, and tools. • Inspect and ensure proper condition of lighting, paint, and finishes. • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and effectively. • Maintain basic inventory control of materials and tools. • Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. • Support facility modifications and improvements. Requirements: • Minimum education: Completed secondary school or related technical degree. • Experience: 1–3 years in general maintenance. • Basic knowledge of: \- Electricity \- Plumbing \- Painting \- Masonry \- Manual and power tools \- Flexible working hours \- Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills.
