Job Summary: Responsible for the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and assembly of Telpo T10/T20 electronic devices and MDVR modules, ensuring their proper operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electrical and electronic fault diagnosis and repair 2. Electronic equipment assembly and integration 3. Internal technical support and customer consultation Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and assembling Telpo T10/T20 terminals and MDVR modules. Conducts testing, quality control, and documentation of work to ensure proper equipment functionality. Responsibilities: * Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in Telpo T10/T20 terminals. * Repair and replace components on MDVR boards and modules. * Assemble, integrate, and inspect electronic equipment according to specifications. * Perform functional and communication tests (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, serial port, etc.). * Use measurement equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, soldering station. * Maintain detailed records of repairs, spare parts used, and test results. * Propose improvements to repair and quality control processes. * Provide internal technical support and basic customer or field technician consultation as required. Required Knowledge (Mandatory): * Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of digital and analog electronics (schematic reading, SMD/TH components). * Experience in POS/smart terminal repair and diagnosis (Telpo T10/T20 preferred). * Experience with MDVR modules (diagnosis, repair, firmware, and connections). * Proficiency with tools: soldering iron/desoldering tool, rework station, oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator. * Basic knowledge of communications: TCP/IP, serial ports, CAN protocol (if applicable), 3G/4G mobile networks. * Ability to perform mechanical/electrical assembly and inspection of equipment. * Good ESD practices and electrical safety awareness.
