Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify faults. Replace components (motors, sensors, belts, bearings). Verify alignment, torque, lubrication, and operating parameters. Perform tests and adjustments after service. Record services, times, and parts used. Comply with safety regulations and LOTO procedures.
