Focus on quality and customer satisfaction Electrical Projects Manager **Objective:** Coordinate electrical installations, lead technical staff, prepare quotations, generate reports, and ensure quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. **Basic Requirements:** Technical or Engineering degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in industrial, commercial, or residential electrical installations, with experience leading work crews. **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Prepare service, material, and labor quotations. ✔ Review materials and tools required for each project, ensuring proper resource utilization. ✔ Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, incident reports, and material consumption reports. ✔ Coordinate material procurement and inventory control. ✔ Supervise electrical installation work to ensure correct execution. ✔ Accurately interpret electrical drawings. ✔ Efficiently coordinate and assign tasks to staff. ✔ Meet project delivery deadlines. ✔ Rapidly identify and resolve technical issues. ✔ Apply safety standards at all times. ✔ Maintain order and discipline within the team. ✔ Communicate effectively with customers and superiors. **Competencies:** ✔ Leadership ✔ Organization ✔ Decision-making ✔ Problem-solving ✔ Results-oriented \*Statutory Benefits Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Saturday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
