




Position Summary: Lead and coordinate efforts to achieve goals within the Coordination, supervising personnel and energy-saving improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and direction of energy-saving projects. 2. Supervision and evaluation of personnel. 3. Technical-administrative decision-making. **Tijuana Regional Coordinator** General Function: Lead and coordinate efforts to achieve the goals established by the Coordination. **Specific Functions:** * Conduct (occasional) field visits with field staff to verify completed work on Thermal Insulation, Refrigerator Replacement, and Air Conditioning Unit Replacement. * Verify compliance at collection centers. * Propose modifications or adjustments to technical and administrative processes, as well as to insulation materials and systems, capacities, installation and/or delivery of refrigerators, air conditioning equipment, and compact fluorescent lamps. * Promote improvement and innovation projects for activities. * Attend to suppliers of various Subprograms. * Identify, analyze, and authorize supplier registrations and deactivations. * Authorize payments to suppliers. * Monitor supplier productivity and development. * Forward documentation to the corresponding areas of the Coordination. * Request support from Management for Credit Recovery procedures, when required. * Prepare progress reports for Subprograms. * Monitor and control assigned expenses and budget, as well as propose necessary expenditures for Coordination operations. * Monitor staff training. * Supervise and evaluate staff performance. * Support the evaluation and promotion process of Subprograms. * Participate in the development and analysis of new proposals focused on electrical energy savings. * Track and update supplier files. * Control and monitor supplier disqualifications at collection centers, ensuring their proper functioning. * Propose modifications to procedures to ensure smooth Coordination operations. * Submit weekly and monthly progress reports for Subprograms. * Promote various Energy-Saving Programs. * Ensure compliance with the Operations Manual by all personnel under supervision. * Timely technical-administrative decision-making within the scope of responsibility. * Monitor proper use of materials, equipment, and tools, as well as their optimal condition, all owned by the Trust. * Ensure timely response to customer requirements. **Requirements:** Education: Electrical Engineer, Renewable Energy Engineer, or related degree. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in decision-making positions. **We Offer:** Statutory Benefits Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary: $36,697.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
