Position: Warehouse Management
Torreón Plant
Supervise and coordinate the inspection, receipt, batch identification, and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
* Coordinate and supervise the **receipt of raw materials, supplies, chemicals, and materials**, ensuring compliance with quality and safety specifications.
* Ensure **proper storage** of raw materials, finished products, supplies, chemicals, and utensils according to safety and segregation criteria.
* Guarantee implementation of **FIFO (First In, First Out)** and expiration date control.
* Control access to and safe handling of **chemical products**, preventing cross-contamination risks.
* Supervise proper use of **sanitization chambers** and storage areas.
* Administer and maintain up-to-date **physical and system inventory** for raw materials, supplies, and finished products.
* Maintain control and reconciliation of receipts and shipments, ensuring **full product traceability.**
* Generate periodic inventory, consumption, and variance reports.
* Ensure proper safeguarding and **archiving of documentation** (receipts, shipments, delivery notes, sanitary records).
* Coordinate and supervise **order preparation and shipping**, guaranteeing accuracy, integrity, and compliance with safety requirements.
* Prepare and validate **delivery notes and outgoing documentation**.
* Verify that transport units meet sanitary conditions prior to loading.
* Execute and supervise activities related to the **HACCP Plan**, including monitoring of **Critical Control Points (CCPs)**.
* Ensure compliance with **Good Storage Practices (GSP)** and applicable regulations.
* Prevent risks of **physical, chemical, and biological contamination** within the warehouse.
* Control and manage **waste handling and disposal**, in accordance with sanitary guidelines.
* Monitor and record **consumption and utility service levels** (water, gas, etc.), reporting deviations.
* Supervise proper operation of equipment and warehouse conditions.
* Ensure order, cleanliness, and safe conditions in warehouse areas.
* Coordinate and supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.
* Train personnel on **Good Hygiene, Storage, and Safety Practices**.
* Participate in internal and external safety audits.
* Manage corrective actions arising from deviations or non-conformities.
* Implement improvements in storage and inventory control processes.
* Coordinate cyclic inventories and physical audits.
* **Manage material and supply requisitions**, through continuous monitoring of inventory levels, reorder points, and consumption, ensuring timely supply of raw materials, supplies, and chemicals; guaranteeing that requested materials comply with established quality and safety specifications, avoiding shortages, overstocking, or disruptions to production.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 a.m.\- 6:00 p.m.), Saturday (08:00 a.m. \- 1:30 p.m)

Salary: $3,300\.00 \- $3,600\.00 per week
