Today, we seek a young professional interested in making a real impact, to assume the position of **Textile Production Manager.** Their primary challenge is to execute the production process through implementation of procedures and continuous improvement, thereby achieving required production targets. **The Profile We Seek** * Completed degree in Textile Engineering (garment manufacturing) or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the textile industry. * Personnel management experience. **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel (Mandatory). * Sewing machine operation (Mandatory). * Textile industry expertise. * Time and motion study. * Production line management and balancing. * GSD. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage production processes including time study and line balancing, as well as development of productive capacity. * Carry out inventory administration. * Supervise adherence to production timing and motion standards to identify bottlenecks and track learning curves. * Manage production orders and materials. * Manage binary shift schedules. * Personnel management: Train and develop staff on equipment usage, and create training plans. * Ensure hourly delivery compliance to guarantee timely production delivery, while maintaining quality control and process adherence. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance standards for each machine. * Implement continuous process improvement to enhance timing efficiency and output. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS registration. * Gym membership. * Preferential pricing for psychology sessions. * Discounts on our products. **Interested?
