Job Description: Responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete, and timely preparation and submission of administrative, technical, and financial documentation for public and private construction tenders. Main Responsibilities: * **Review of the Official Gazette:** Compranet and electronic media to identify tenders. * **File Compilation:** Prepare legal, administrative, and financial documents (profiles, references, past contracts). * **Gather and prepare documentation:** For each tender (articles of incorporation, RFC, financial statements, certifications, etc.). * **Documentation Management:** Keep company-required information up to date (CIF, positive 32-D certificates, contractor registries of various government agencies). * **Clarification Meetings Management:** Read and analyze tender bases to formulate technical and financial questions. * **Technical Collaboration:** Coordinate with cost and project departments to compile item catalogs, budgets, and technical reports. Required Profile: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in tendering or construction bidding departments. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with Public Works regulations, Advanced Excel, Neodata or Opus, and AutoCAD. * **Skills:** High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills. **WE OFFER:** Gross monthly salary.
