Location: Álamo Hybrid work mode: 3 days in office / 2 days remote Required Profile: ✔ Completed engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or related field) ✔ Minimum 3–4 years of experience in technical sales or the industrial/electrical sector ✔ Knowledge of industrial cables, electrical solutions, and technical specifications for projects ✔ English proficiency preferred Main Responsibilities: * Development and promotion of technical solutions for industrial projects * Commercial strategies developed jointly with the sales department * Preparation of technical presentations and materials * Customer service and project follow-up * Participation in technical events and industrial chambers * Increasing business opportunities and product market positioning We Offer: ✔ Base monthly salary of $30,000–$35,000 MXN, depending on experience ✔ Annual performance bonus ✔ Major medical expense insurance ✔ Life insurance ✔ Statutory benefits ✔ Food vouchers (10%) ✔ Savings fund (13%) ✔ Vacation premium (50%) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary: Up to $30,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
