You communicate effectively with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and keep your team informed about various projects in areas such as water, energy, waste, wildlife, vegetation, chemicals, and community engagement. **What you will be doing:** * Organize and implement administrative systems and procedures, and carry out necessary support tasks * Serve as the primary source of information for the team * Prepare and maintain departmental records * Assist in managing and supervising facilities related to waste, wildlife, landscaping, and beach cleaning activities **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Natural Resource Management, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Public Relations, or a related field. * Experience in sustainability or environmental management roles * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and visualize complex data * Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish * Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements * Familiarity with waste management and implementation of recycling programs * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders * Innovative mindset with passion for driving sustainable business practices **Additional Information** **What’s in it for you:** * Employee Benefits Card offering discounted rates at Accor Hotels worldwide * Learning programs through our Academies and Programs * Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within Accor Hotels, present in over 100 countries. * Opportunity to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities. * Be part of openings for new hotel concepts. **OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION:** We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent
