Main Responsibilities: * Monitor operational conditions of the wind power plant via the **SCADA** system. * Prepare and submit electricity generation forecasts. * Generate reports on unsupplied or lost energy. * Perform energization and de-energization operations on high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment. * Respond to and execute instructions from the Regional Control Management (CENACE). * Register outage license requests in the web-based SWSF (Forced Outages) and SIASAM (Maintenance Outage Management System). * Support safe and continuous operation of the substation and wind farm. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering. * Experience or knowledge in substation or power generation plant operation. * Knowledge of **SCADA** systems and power system operation. * Willingness to work on-site and on rotating shifts. * Familiarity with regulatory standards and coordination with **CENACE** is preferred. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Continuous training.
