Short-term growth opportunity **NISA ENERGY, a leading renewable energy company** **We are hiring: Solar Panel Installer Assistant** Work Location: On-site / Construction Site Provide operational support for the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, ensuring proper handling of tools, materials, and equipment. Responsibilities: * Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools * Assist in installing solar panel mounting structures. * Help mount and secure photovoltaic panels. * Support conduit routing, wiring, and basic connections. * Follow instructions from the lead installer and supervisor. * Assist with work at heights using PPE. Knowledge Requirements: * Knowledge of electrical systems * Solar panel installation experience * Good safety practices on construction sites Requirements: * Availability to work at heights * 100% field-based work Statutory Benefits: Bi-weekly payments Short-term growth opportunity Salary: $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
