Job Summary: Security Supervisor responsible for maintaining security, controlling access, and preserving order at a specialty pharmaceutical distributor's facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. DEMSA, a company dedicated to distributing High-Specialty Medications, is seeking talent for Branch Security: Security Supervisor **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma (Mandatory). * Minimum verifiable work experience of 2 years (employment verification documents required). * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. * Work location: Calle Río Manzanares 417, 66220, Del Valle, N.L. **Duties / Functions / Responsibilities:** * Ensure company security through on-site and perimeter surveillance. * Control access to the facilities by external personnel. * Maintain order within the company by overseeing the appearance of personnel entering the premises. * Inspect staff vehicles upon departure from company facilities. * Conduct weekly inspections of utility vehicles. **What We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $14,000 * Statutory benefits with 100% social security contributions * Productivity bonus of $2,000 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: Punctuality and Attendance Bonus, Grocery Vouchers, Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM), Life Insurance (SV), Savings Fund, and Savings Account.
