This key role ensures that products meet internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include: * Managing the Quality Management System (QMS) * Leading internal and external audits * Driving continuous improvement initiatives Deep knowledge of electronic manufacturing, quality systems and standards is required, along with a passion for excellence. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)** ----------------------------------------------------------- * Support key quality indicators (KPIs) across various focus factories * Ensure compliance with standards such as IPC\-A\-610, RoHS, and specific customer requirements * Conduct RCCM analysis of quality complaints and ensure implementation of corrective actions * Train and guide the quality team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement **Experience (Minimum Required Experience)** ---------------------------------------------- * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager * Preferably more than 5 years in the electronics industry or manufacturing * Solid knowledge of standards such as IPC\-A\-610 and Lean methodologies * Experience with electronic components, PCB assembly, and testing processes * Proficiency with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Effective leadership to build and motivate teams * Collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain * Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and propose improvements * \#LI\-DP1 We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
