Join us and be part of something extraordinary! **Quality Engineer** ==================== Country/Region: MX Location: Santa Rosa Jauregui, Querétaro, MX, 76220 Req ID 87746 \| Frenos \- Santa Rosa de Jauregui, Mexico, Frenos y Mecanismos, S. de R.L. de C.V. **Job Description** ------------------- **About the Team** A key department within a Tier 1 automotive industry supplier, responsible for ensuring that new products and processes meet the highest quality standards prior to mass production launch. Its work focuses on failure prevention, validation of automotive customer requirements, and disciplined execution of development processes. **What can you expect as a Quality Engineer?:** * Conduct planning (APQP), technical and economic evaluations of measurement systems for products assigned to the plant. Develop quality techniques to improve and ensure product quality for external and internal customers across all New Programs. * Participate in External Audits \- IATF Certification to properly establish and implement all relevant documentation recording methodologies, processes, and operational areas involved in quality planning, fulfilling certification requirements of the standard. * Design, install, and evaluate quality assurance systems and process sampling, procedures, and statistical techniques. * Ensure products meet established customer requirements; otherwise, production must be halted to correct quality-related issues. * Collect customer complaints, analyze them (8D's), and provide feedback to employees so that problems can be resolved to satisfy the complaining customer. * Estimate the impact of Engineering Changes (CR's) issued by Corporate Engineering and generate required quality documentation, only when applicable during the launch phase. * Establish a system providing accurate information on scrap generation, coupled with analysis enabling identification of improvement opportunities to reduce scrap in the production process. * Provide expertise to control and/or analyze quality issues and resolve them through implementation of solutions. **Your Profile as a Quality Engineer:** * Engineering, Industrial, or related field * +3 years of experience in a similar role. * Automotive industry experience required. * Core Tools * Strong focus on analysis and problem solving. * Six Sigma * Proactive * Sense of urgency. **Why choose ZF Santa Rosa Frenos?** * Competitive salary. * Social benefits. * Location: Avenida La Griega 101, Parque Industrial Querétaro, 76220, Santa Rosa Jauregui, Querétaro.
