REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting or related field (completed or incomplete)
Minimum experience in the same position: 3 years
Objective:
Lead the procurement strategy to ensure operational continuity at optimal cost and quality.
Requirements:
Administrative and Technical Skills
Budget Management: Strict control of variances against budget
Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel and KPI management, including Savings (Key Performance Indicator for Cost Savings), Lead Time (Total time from purchase order issuance to delivery completion and PO closure), and inventory turnover
Compliance: Supplier file management, fraud prevention, and transparent tendering processes.
ERP Systems: Solid experience with procurement/inventory modules (e.g., ASPEL SAE, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Responsibilities:
Develop and standardize the strategic supplier panel.
Negotiate extended payment terms to improve cash conversion cycle.
Oversee accurate reconciliation among Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoices.
Submit monthly reports on savings and financial performance of the department.
