Communicates effectively between operational and administrative staff. IMPORTANT MEXICAN COMPANY SEEKING Production Supervisor We are seeking a Production Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising operational staff on production lines according to the production schedule, ensuring that assigned tasks are performed correctly, tracking reports, and facilitating communication between operational and administrative staff. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in this role. \*We Offer: \- Monthly base salary paid biweekly. \- Work schedule from Monday to Friday. \- Working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. \- Statutory benefits. \- Direct employment with the company. PRIMARY WORK LOCATION: Tlalnepantla Centro RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and review production reports. * Follow production procedures as specified in authorized operation instructions. * Prepare and manage production stock. * Verify and coordinate product changes. * Verify compliance with the Production Dispatch Plan (PDP) with designated personnel and required quantities. * Comply with the company’s quality policy. * Understand and apply the Theory of Constraints (T.O.C.) system. * Review hourly production progress report data every hour. * Ensure hourly production data entry into the PDP system. * Immediately notify the maintenance department of equipment or machinery anomalies. * Enter incoming and outgoing data timely and accurately in the Admind4 system.
