**Location: Southern CDMX (multiple branches)** **Employment Type: Full-time | On-site** A restaurant-sector company operating across multiple branches in southern Mexico City is seeking a **Regional Operations Manager** with *experience in restaurants or food chains to lead and supervise the overall operations of various units*. The position will report directly to senior management and play a key role in organizing, supervising, and continuously improving operations. Responsibilities: * **Supervise daily branch operations**, ensuring standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. * Coordinate and monitor the performance of managers and operational teams. * **Monitor key operational indicators**: sales, costs, inventory, timing, and customer service. * Implement operational improvements and track internal processes. * Support recruitment, training, and staff development. * Supervise inventory control, shrinkage, and supply replenishment. * **Coordinate communication** with suppliers and administrative departments. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. * Monitor operational performance on delivery platforms and customer service. Requirements: * **Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, management, or supervision roles within the restaurant industry** or food chains. * **Experience leading teams** and supervising multiple branches or operational areas. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and restaurant operations. * Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and results orientation. * Willingness to travel among branches in southern CDMX. * Intermediate proficiency with digital tools and operational reporting.
