Powertrain Solutions is a provider of diversified powertrain products and solutions in our three market segments Electric Vehicles (EL), Passenger Cars (PC), and Commercial Vehicles / Off\-Road (CV/OR) – from gasoline and diesel injection to electric drives with battery and fuel cell technologies. 88,000 associates in 27 countries and more than 90 locations worldwide are playing their part in the success of Powertrain Solutions. **Job Description** * Know and identify critical and non-critical manufacturing processes of the VSL. * Design and review VSL manufacturing projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Coordinate and manage area investment projects according to internal procedures (CDQ's) and external customer requirements (APQP's). * Develop and implement RPP objectives within the manufacturing area to ensure goal achievement. * Monitor IPN indicators such as OEE, plant capacity, lessons learned, and quality claims within the area to ensure implementation in manufacturing processes. * Participate in process and quality audits (internal/external) to understand findings and ensure follow-up and implementation of corrective actions. * Promote safety, health, environmental protection, and improvement in energy performance in accordance with current versions of ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 50001 standards, as well as compliance with CD03800 and applicable regulations. **Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. * Automation and control * At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced level of English. * Manufacturing processes and new processes. * Problem-solving methodology * Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP) * SAP\-P81 system
