**Food industry company with over 40 years in the market.** **Seeking: "Maintenance Manager"** **Requirements:** Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance roles within meat food companies. Time availability Experience managing personnel Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage the company’s corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs. * Coordinate, lead, and monitor assigned tasks for maintenance department staff. * Liaise with maintenance suppliers. * Implement and enforce company-established standards and procedures. * Manage the maintenance budget. * Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment across the organization and its various locations. **Required Knowledge:** * Equipment used in the meat food industry, such as thermoformers, meat injectors, massagers, stuffers, and slicers. * Electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Refrigeration systems, instrumentation, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Specialization in the cold cuts industry (preferred). **Required Competencies:** * Frustration tolerance * Results orientation * Leadership * Empathy * Analytical ability. ***Work Location: Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico*** **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Competitive base salary (mixed compensation scheme considered). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Profit-sharing. * Up to 30 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Cafeteria subsidy. * Job stability and career growth. * Weekly payroll. **Interested candidates may apply through this channel.**
