Degree must be completed. **Experience:** · Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar positions within Human Resources departments. · Experience working under standardized processes. · Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** · Federal Labor Law. · Recruitment and personnel selection. · Interview techniques, competency-based selection and evaluation. · Payroll and benefits administration. · Occupational safety and hygiene. · NOM-035. · Training and organizational development. · Process Management (documentation and follow-up). **d. Soft Skills:** · Effective communication. · Ability to work autonomously. · Leadership and teamwork. · Organization and planning. · Conflict management. · Discipline and responsibility. · Discretion. On-site position. Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Gender: Not specified. Workplace is a meat processing plant. Willingness to work in an industrial environment is required, including frequent visits to the production area. A practical attitude and lack of apprehension toward the operational environment are expected. Net salary: $16,000.00 - $16,700.00 per month. Weekly payment.
