Fleet Manager (Machinery/Transportation)

Description

A leading company in the sector is seeking a professional to fill the position of **Fleet Manager**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the master fleet catalog, assignment, and status of business units; provide regular executive reports on fleet size, status, and catalog changes. * Administer preventive maintenance schedules and manage insurance policies to ensure full coverage for warehouses, yards, transfers, and customer locations. * Implement strict controls for fuel consumption and refueling, tire renewal and management, as well as weekly toll fee tracking per unit and business line. * Identify and present strategic opportunities for purchasing new units; conduct data analysis and financial reporting focused on profitability and resource optimization. * Ensure 100% of units have complete and up-to-date documentation. * Coordinate and supervise the operations team (Fleet Coordinator, Yard Supervisor, and Fleet Analyst). **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering or Finance**. * **Experience:** Minimum **5+ years** in fleet management, asset control, or *financial controlling* functions. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Experience with ERP systems (finance, procurement, or inventory modules) and process auditing. * Strong experience in commercial negotiations and extensive knowledge of the transportation/machinery market. * **Full availability to travel**.
