This centralized production facility enables us to easily serve our domestic and international customers, providing fast delivery service that meets their just-in-time inventory requirements. **WE ARE SEEKING** **AN INTERN** Students in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields No prior experience required ***Must have voluntary health insurance*** Excel ***Intermediate English*** Continuous Improvement **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Track closure and sustainability of ideas within the Kaizen program. * Submit weekly improvement idea reports to corporate headquarters and local senior management. * Coordinate logistics for Kaizen workshops, ensuring resource availability and effective execution. * Conduct audits to validate best practices and compliance with Lean standards. * Implement, maintain, and audit the 5'S system on-site. * Generate productivity and operational improvement reports using Excel/Power BI. * Participate in Gemba Walks with management to identify and follow up on improvements. * Conduct direct observation studies to identify floor-level opportunities for defining and sustaining *Standard Work* in operational and support areas. * Assist in preparing training materials and delivering training on Lean, 5'S, and Kaizen. **COMPETENCIES** * Proactive * Organized * Committed * Responsible **WE OFFER** Professional Practice Certification or Residency Completion Certificate and **MONETARY STIPEND** **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm** (Schedule flexibility required) ***Our location is at Boulevard Manuel Gómez Morín No. 4019, Fracción Milpillas, C.P. 78414, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.*** Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $7,000.00 per month Language: * Intermediate English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
