Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to inspect, describe, and classify damages in Property and Liability claims, manage relationships with insured parties, and report to management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspection and verification of Liability and Property damage claims 2. Analysis, consolidation, and adjustment of reported losses 3. Visible and direct representative of the company to affected parties Conduct constructive inspection and description of damage, identifying materiality and construction types of the damaged property. Classify the type of damage, perform measurements, technical specifications, and material listings, ensuring an accurate and detailed description. Serve as the visible face of the company by maintaining direct contact with insured parties, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times. * Inspection and verification of Liability and Property damage claims for large and mid-sized enterprises, including background analysis, budget preparation, consolidation of reported losses, assistance in issuing settlement reports, and ERP Ramos Varios field application. * Analysis, consolidation, and adjustment of reported losses, including handling indemnity proposals, meetings related to claim management, and technical advisory support for construction and infrastructure areas. * Direct interaction with affected parties, serving as the company’s visible and direct representative to them. * Weekly reporting to management on registered claims and damages, maintaining a clear, organized, and up-to-date record of reported incidents. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in inspection (infrastructure or energy sector preferred). * Academic Qualification: University degree or equivalent (civil engineering, architecture, or construction technician preferred). * Essential Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical ability, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills. * Languages: C1 English is a significant advantage—enabling global interaction and broadening your horizons!
