The main challenge is to unify the institutional graphic identity and elevate the quality of audiovisual content for web platforms and social media. We are looking for someone who masters visual language in all its forms: from editorial and digital design to video postproduction. **Main Responsibilities** * **Digital and Graphic Design:** Creation of materials for dissemination campaigns, calls for participation, event identities, and internal communications, always ensuring compliance with institutional image guidelines. * **Audiovisual Production:** Editing and postproduction of web videos (informational capsules, interviews, Reels, institutional videos) with a dynamic and professional approach. * **Asset Management:** Collaboration in on-site audiovisual coverage and management of the entity’s digital historical archive. * **Format Optimization:** Adaptation of content for various digital platforms, ensuring each piece meets required technical and aesthetic standards. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions with a robust portfolio demonstrating skills in both static design and video (motion graphics is a plus). * **Personal Infrastructure:** **Must have personal high-performance computing equipment suitable for high-end video editing and a valid Adobe Creative Cloud license.** * **Commitment:** Commitment to **exclusive dedication** to the project for the duration of the contract. * **Location:** Availability to attend the office in the Coyoacán area two days per week. **Technical Competencies** * Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro / After Effects). * Ability to visually synthesize highly complex topics (academic/scientific). * Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. **What We Offer** * Monthly payment under a professional services arrangement. * Remote work flexibility for three days per week. * Opportunity to lead the visual transformation of a highly relevant and prestigious institution.
