Dynamic and results-oriented environment PROMINENT PUBLISHING COMPANY REQUIRES RECRUITER **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** Service-oriented attitude Strong sense of urgency Strong results orientation Effective communication with supervisors Strong verbal communication skills Dynamic personality **Knowledge:** Recruitment, Social Media Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience managing social media platforms and job boards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Posting operational and administrative job vacancies Screening resumes and managing job boards (OCC Mundial, Indeed, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, Talenteca) Conducting preliminary telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews with qualified candidates for open positions Submitting candidate shortlists to managers and/or immediate supervisors Tracking interview status and/or recruitment processes Administering and interpreting psychometric tests Verifying professional references Preparing and submitting final candidate reports to relevant departments to conclude the recruitment process Coordinating with candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes Managing virtual job boards Attending and participating in knowledge-sharing meetings Monitoring social media and other recruitment channels Identifying new recruitment sources (job boards, job fairs, social networks, print media, electronic media) **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM On-site work arrangement **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** Monthly net salary of $15,000\.00 Standard statutory benefits Scholarship-based professional development opportunity Exclusive benefits
