Job Summary: We are seeking a professional in pedagogy, special education, or social work to promote student integration, personal and academic development, and support the disciplinary environment of the institution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote the integration and holistic development of students. 2. Provide guidance on study strategies and life projects. 3. Support learning and identify educational needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Special Education, or Social Work; * Age: 25 years or older; * Gender: Unrestricted; * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote and foster student integration into the institution; * Develop study strategies; * Provide guidance on life project development; * Promote comprehensive support; * Promote and strengthen institutional discipline; * Attend to, refer, and follow up with students identified as having behavioral or learning difficulties; * Support learning processes; * Evaluate and identify educational needs; * Collaborate with teachers and parents; * Provide substitute teaching support in case of teacher absences. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. **Salary:** $10,000 monthly (paid biweekly) Position Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
