On-site operational supervision to ensure quality and timeliness A prominent advertising agency is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, messenger coordination, and utility vehicle coordination. * Route and delivery schedule planning. * Strong sense of urgency. * Responsibility and reliability. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. **Responsibilities:** * Tracking and control of physical deliverables for clients, Branding & Design, Editorial, Alliances, and Production. * Coordination of travel, transfers, vehicles, drivers, accommodations, and special requirements for team members or involved talent. * Organization of schedules, logistics documentation, and operational logs. * Coordination of local, national, and international shipments, with particular focus on express deliveries and sensitive documents. * Negotiation, tracking, and documentation of couriers, parcel services, and internal messenger services. * Control and tracking of important or urgent packages. * Supervision of on-site operational staff to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Quotation negotiation and service validation. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $ 13,000.00 net * Direct employment with the company * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers: 1,000.00 * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 10:00–19:00, Friday 10:00–15:00 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
