This role will actively participate in creating graphic materials for various brand channels—including social media, internal communications, and digital platforms—ensuring visual consistency and alignment with the brand identity. We are looking for someone with an appreciation for editorial, digital, and branding design who enjoys collaborating, proposing, and executing ideas with high aesthetic awareness. **Job Objective:** Develop and execute visual assets that effectively communicate the brand’s essence while maintaining consistent and aligned aesthetics. **Responsibilities:** * Design graphic materials for campaigns, social media, web, email marketing, and point-of-sale. * Collaborate with marketing, photography, and product teams to maintain visual consistency across all channels. * Contribute creative ideas to improve brand aesthetics and communication. * Create and update internal and corporate materials (gift cards, certificates, labels, stationery, manuals, etc.). * Adapt graphic assets to different formats (digital and physical). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field * 1.5 to 2 years of design experience * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Knowledge of Canva * Understanding of digital formats and web design Please attach your **portfolio or previous work** (mandatory for the application process). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Salary increases * Employee discounts and preferential pricing * Growth opportunities * Free parking * Referral program * Cafeteria service Location: Monterrey, San Pedro.
