**Modality:** Hybrid – 50% on\-site / 50% remote (Monterrey) **Availability:** Immediate **Job Type:** Full\-time We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and strategic **Project Manager** who enjoys coordinating high\-impact creative projects in the areas of audiovisual production, animation, graphic design, and e\-learning. Key Responsibilities * Plan and manage the different stages of projects (audiovisual, design, e\-learning), ensuring progress is monitored and deadlines are met. * Facilitate the flow of information between clients and team members, managing changes and adjusting work plans as needed. * Coordinate interdisciplinary teams: designers, animators, videographers, editors, voice\-over artists, programmers, etc. * Develop briefs and meeting notes to guide all areas of the project. * Manage projects using tools such as **Asana** (mandatory) and other collaborative platforms. * Oversee multiple simultaneous deliverables while ensuring quality standards. * Manage client and stakeholder feedback in a timely and professional manner. Requirements * 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in creative environments (agency, studio, freelance). * Proficiency in **Asana** (mandatory); familiarity with other management tools such as Trello or Jira. * Experience working with agile principles adapted to creative projects (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.). * Advanced English (C1\) – both spoken and written. * Excellent communication skills and empathy to coordinate creative teams. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and conflict\-resolution skills. * Experience leading projects with multiple timelines and parallel deliverables. * Knowledge of workflows using tools such as **Adobe CC, Da Vinci Resolve, Articulate Storyline, etc.** Nice to Have * Additional certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), PMI\-ACP, or similar. * Formal project management certification (PMP®, IPMA®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent). * Experience in producing educational materials or integrating content into LMS (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.). * Previous experience in creative or advertising agencies.
