Opportunities for growth and training in digital content. **Role Purpose** --------------------- Responsible for creating, scouting, and filming lifestyle and living-style content for social media, generating authentic and relevant assets that resonate with diverse audiences. Will serve as the primary creator of audiovisual assets in collaboration with production, design, and social media teams, ensuring brand consistency, execution speed, and platform-specific optimization. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **1\. Content Production and Filming** ------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Produce original and collaborative audiovisual material to support editorial calendars and campaigns. **Key Functions:** * Plan and execute shoots (indoor/outdoor) for reels, TikToks, stories, shorts, and static posts, including basic lighting and audio handling. * Generate ideas and create short scripts, shot lists, and set designs tailored to format and audience. * Operate mobile recording devices and compact cameras; ensure image and sound quality in deliverables. * Manage session logistics: locations, wardrobe, props, and permits where applicable. * Coordinate with internal/external talent and micro-influencers for collaborations and recordings. **2\. Editing and Post-Production** -------------------------------- **Objective:** Deliver edited and platform-optimized pieces within agreed timelines. **Key Functions:** * Basic and advanced editing of short-form video (reels, TikToks, shorts) and assembly of story and carousel content. * Perform color correction, audio adjustment, and subtitling as needed. * Export assets in appropriate formats and dimensions per channel and editorial requirements. * Archive and tag raw footage and final versions for easy team access. **3\. Editorial and Social Content Creation** ------------------------------------------------ **Objective:** Produce texts, captions, and scripts that enhance audiovisual content performance. **Key Functions:** * Write captions, hooks, ad copy, and short scripts aligned with brand voice. * Develop ideas for viral content and recurring formats to increase visibility and retention. * Adapt messaging for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and newsletters). **4\. Cross-Team Coordination and Execution** --------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Align production with editorial planning, design, and community management for maximum effectiveness. **Key Functions:** * Work with planners and community managers to schedule deliveries and optimize posting timing. * Coordinate briefs with design and production teams when complex assets or large-scale shoots are required. * Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas grounded in trends and past performance. **5\.
