We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Community Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence through social media. The ideal candidate will be a digital content strategist with experience in content creation, community engagement, and metric analysis. This role involves managing social media presence, planning content, engaging the community, and measuring performance to optimize our online strategies. Responsibilities: 1\. Social media account management: \- Manage and maintain two brands, ensuring a consistent presence aligned with brand strategy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) \- Develop and execute content strategies to increase visibility and engagement. 2\. Content creation and planning: \- Develop a monthly editorial calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of promotional, informational, and engagement content. 3\. Community interaction and engagement: \- Manage daily interactions on social platforms, responding to comments, questions, and direct messages. \- Encourage and moderate community participation to build strong relationships with followers. \- Promote community growth through various digital media strategies. 4\. Metrics analysis and reporting: \- Use analytical tools to evaluate social account performance and generate periodic reports. \- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on metric analysis. 5\. Collaboration with internal teams: \- Collaborate closely with internal teams, design, and customer service to ensure consistency in strategy and messaging. 6\. Stay updated on trends: \- Stay informed about current social media trends, content strategies, and emerging technologies. Requirements: \- Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role. \- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; TikTok is a plus. \- Excellent writing and communication skills. \- Experience in creating content strategies and editorial calendars. \- Ability to analyze metrics and present clear performance reports. \- Creativity to generate innovative and engaging content. \- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
