Professional, dynamic, and high-level work environment. **Position: Community Manager** **Location:** Pachuca, Hidalgo. **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** Full-time Manage, plan, and optimize the brand’s digital presence on social media, ensuring coherent, engaging, and commercially and editorially aligned communication. The Community Manager will be responsible for content, interaction, measurement, and growth across the digital platforms of **the company’s media owners.** **Main Responsibilities** * Develop the monthly **social media content calendar**. * Create, schedule, and publish content on **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok**, and other platforms. * Supervise the **visual identity** of posts (aligned with the graphic design department). * Manage the **digital community**: respond to messages and comments, maintaining a professional tone. * Monitor trends, hashtags, and best practices to generate relevant content. * Collaborate with the commercial team on campaigns, promotions, and sponsored content. * Prepare performance reports: **reach, engagement, growth, and traffic**. **Candidate Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience managing brand social media accounts or projects (preferred). Excellent writing, spelling, and creativity skills. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, TikTok Business, LinkedIn Pages.
