Monitor trends and propose relevant content. **Job Objective** Manage and strengthen the group of restaurants’ digital presence through social media management, content creation, and customer engagement to increase brand positioning, interaction, and sales. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. **Experience:** * 1–3 years managing social media (preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or retail). * Proficiency in social media platforms and their metrics. * Meta Business Suite * Hootsuite (preferred) * Knowledge of digital marketing and organic/paid content. * Writing and grammar skills. * Basic image and video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.). **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and manage social media accounts: * Instagram * Facebook * TikTok * Google Business * Publish content according to the editorial calendar. * Respond to messages, comments, and reviews promptly and appropriately. * Foster engagement with the digital community. * Monitor trends and propose relevant content. * Coordinate with graphic design teams for material creation. * Schedule posts and digital campaigns. * Manage digital crises (complaints, negative comments). * Track active promotions and campaigns.
