Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic communication leader for the International Film and Non-Fiction Narrative Festival, responsible for designing communication strategies and coordinating the institution’s voice. We seek someone who will safeguard it, amplify it, and deliver it where it needs to go: media outlets, communities, social networks, and press. This role leads festival communication from start to finish — from strategy development to real-time coverage. It is simultaneously a creative and strategic position, ideal for someone who understands cinema, media, and institutional narrative without losing sight of the human element. **Responsibilities** * Design content and promotional distribution strategies across traditional and digital channels * Draft press releases, official texts, and editorial materials * Oversee correct usage of DOQUMENTA’s voice and editorial line * Plan delivery timelines and coverage schedules * Coordinate the communication team * Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and public events * Maintain and cultivate relationships with journalists and specialized media * Produce promotional content aligned with the festival’s identity * Evaluate strategy performance post\-event * Coordinate with external vendors (printing, sponsorships, merchandise, etc) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field * Experience in media management and institutional communication * Availability during the festival period * Interest in documentary film, culture, and festivals * Availability for in-person work in Querétaro Employment type: Indefinite-term position Work location: Hybrid remote work in Querétaro, Qro.
