Responsible for amplifying brand experiences, telling powerful stories from the network, and maintaining a strong, continuous presence across digital channels. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design and execute the brand’s editorial and visual communication strategy. * Lead a monthly editorial line focused on high-impact and strategically valuable stories. * Coordinate content scheduling, publishing, and performance across social media, newsletters, and the website. * Ensure all visual and written content adheres to Endeavor’s brand identity and narrative guidelines. * Measure content performance and propose data-driven and network-feedback-based improvements. **Candidate Profile** -------------------------- * \+2 years of experience in content strategy, brand communications, or digital narrative design. * Creative-operational leadership capability, with aesthetic sensitivity and editorial vision. * Experience building and sustaining brand identity through visual and verbal content. * Ability to translate strategic concepts into digestible campaigns and messages for diverse audiences. **Soft Skills:** * Narrative vision and aesthetic sensibility * Proactive and collaborative leadership * Synthesis ability and impact focus * Editorial judgment and attention to detail **Hard Skills:** * Proficiency in digital platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Mailchimp, Webflow) * Advanced knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) * Digital content strategy and scheduling * Institutional writing and visual storytelling **Location** ---------------- We seek candidates based in **Mexico City**, or those available to relocate.
