Responsibilities: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer is required. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Campaign Standard is recommended. Additionally, expert proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, intermediate proficiency in Agile Project Management, and advanced proficiency in Cross\-Functional Team Leadership are suggested. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Implement innovative strategies to enhance project delivery and improve service quality.
