Job Summary: Venner is seeking a creative, proactive, and organized professional to create and manage digital content across social media, websites, and marketplaces, with a focus on video and visual design. If you are passionate about digital content and social media, and want to be part of a growing brand, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Create content for our digital platforms (social media, website, and marketplaces) * Record and edit videos for campaigns and organic content * Design and produce visual assets for ads and social media * Analyze trends and propose content ideas * Coordinate and collaborate with content creators (UGCs and influencers) **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** * Is creative, curious, and self-motivated * Has an interest in digital marketing and e\-commerce * Is organized, proactive, and results-oriented * Has a strong eye for content (this is critical) * Can work well in teams and communicate ideas effectively * Wants to grow within the brand **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (completed) * Entry-level experience in content creation (personal or for brands) * Proficiency in video recording and editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools) * Understanding of social media trends (TikTok and Instagram) * Full-time availability * Must reside in Monterrey or be available for on-site work. **Benefits:** * **Private and free parking** for employees. * Flexible working hours with option for **indefinite-term contract**. * **Medical expense insurance**. * **On-site cafeteria service**. * **Additional vacation days** or paid leave. **Bonuses and Compensation:** * **Punctuality bonus**. * **Sales bonus**, based on campaign performance. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday**, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. **Salary:** * **MXN $18,000 gross per month** Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: MXN $8,048\.64 \- $22,192\.97 per month Benefits: * Sick days * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Medical expense insurance Experience: * Facebook Advertising: 2 years (Preferred) * Google Ads: 2 years (Preferred) * Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
