Opportunity to develop digital positioning and brand growth. **Retail Community Manager** **Distributor | Historic Center, CDMX** We are looking for a Community Manager focused on driving sales and generating physical foot traffic to our stores. This is not a purely digital role. We need someone who visits our branches in the Historic Center to create content, identify commercial opportunities, and build a clear path for brand growth. **Job Objective** To increase in-store customer traffic through strategic content, digital campaigns, and a robust social media presence. **Main Responsibilities – In-Store Work** * Visit branches in the Historic Center to create authentic and dynamic content. * Film products, promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns. * Identify commercial opportunities directly from the sales floor. * Design a digital positioning roadmap focused on increasing physical traffic. **Content and Community Management** * Create, schedule, and publish commercially oriented content on Meta and TikTok. * Manage and strengthen the digital community. * Operate WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Channel to disseminate promotions and enable direct customer communication. **Advertising and Strategy** * Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) targeting lead generation and sales. * Analyze key metrics: reach, traffic, leads, and conversions. * Generate reports and optimize campaigns based on performance results. * Propose digital commercial strategies aligned with sales targets. **Required Knowledge** * SEM (campaign structure, audience segmentation, budgeting). * Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics. * Social media management tools. * Continuous interest in digital trends and marketing tools. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Strategic yet operational mindset. * Creative, dynamic, and results-oriented. * Clear commercial focus: driving sales—not just likes. * Ability to work in the field and inside stores. * Organized enough to coordinate content by category and season. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $20,000.00 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM * Offices and stores located in the historic center of CDMX Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
