Job Summary: This position seeks a Warehouse Support Technician for Nestlé México, responsible for providing support and training to operators, ensuring warehousing operations comply with quality and hygiene standards, and participating in inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives. Active participation in inventory management and continuous improvement. Warehouse Support Technician **Position Summary** Location: Toluca Coffee Factory Company: Nestlé México S.A. de C.V. Schedule: Full-time. Shift work L\-D (8 HOURS) Education: Incomplete university degree or technical degree. **Internal Requirements:** * 1 year in current position. (6 months if moving from level 5 or 4 to higher levels) * No absences or disciplinary actions in the last 6 months. * 100% completion of required courses and learning paths. * No concurrent recruitment processes. * \+ 4 months since previous application. **Job Mission:** Provide support, assistance, and training to specialized operators; activate warehousing processes during the assigned shift; ensure operations comply with the company’s established quality and hygiene standards; achieve maximum efficiency in the use of labor, equipment, facilities, and materials under responsibility; calculate and analyze KPIs as well as control of raw materials (RM) and manufacturing expenses (ME); strictly adhere to policies regarding Quality, Food Safety, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment; participate in continuous improvement projects as well as implementation of systems and active participation in audits. **A Day in the Life of...** * Ensure strict compliance during the shift with line supply programs, meeting requirements for quality, quantity, timeliness, and cost, delivering materials on time to various production lines to meet production schedules. * Support achievement of departmental objectives by assisting in problem resolution and supply of packaging materials and raw materials, thereby achieving departmental goals. * Maintain proper warehouse administration, actively participating in monthly inventories and reviewing critical processes at each month-end closure; supporting colleagues and verifying accurate recording of material and finished product (FP) receipts and issuances to ensure inventory reliability. * Conduct joint inventories with suppliers (Chep, Vitro) to maintain accurate records of materials at the factory. **What Will Make You Successful** * Results-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and production systems. * Deep understanding of the 10 Corporate Principles and expert knowledge of our areas of responsibility. * Teamwork skills. * Knowledge of warehouse processes.
