**UNIT ADMINISTRATOR:** We are **GRUPO BERSA**, a leading company in industrial cafeterias, and we are seeking a **CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (CAFETERIA MANAGER)** for our cafeteria. Objective: To effectively and efficiently ensure the operation and management of the food service, guarantee compliance with the organization’s established standards for quality, hygiene, and food safety, thereby promoting customer satisfaction and employee well-being. Responsibilities: 1. Efficient management and supervision of the unit’s service personnel (UDS). 2. Reporting of payroll-related incidents for assigned personnel. 3. Training and development of personnel under supervision. 4. Ensuring supply and replenishment of UDS inputs. 5. Financial resource administration / verification and validation of UDS expenses. 6. Immediate response to general and specific needs of the UDS and the client. 7. Overall supervision of operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the food service. 8. Supervision of order receipt and invoice verification processes. 9. Inventory management, control of incoming and outgoing goods / stock levels. 10. Scheduling, execution, and reporting of preventive and corrective maintenance for UDS facilities and equipment. 11. Weekly reports and monthly sales closings, sales versus expense comparisons, and UDS performance measurement. 12. Assurance of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Management of quality control logs. 13. Immediate response to occupational health and safety incidents. 14.
