Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary multifunctional employee to deliver training courses and provide service at newly opened branches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Complaint resolution and inventory control **TEMPORARY MULTIFUNCTIONAL EMPLOYEE \- EL GLOBO BAKERIES** El Globo Bakeries is looking for a **\*TEMPORARY MULTIFUNCTIONAL EMPLOYEE\*** to work in CDMX and the metropolitan area. **WE REQUIRE:** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role or similar positions (FOOD RETAIL INDUSTRY) * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off. * **\*Availability to travel to different branches across CDMX, the metropolitan area, and branches outside the city.\*** * **\*Flexibility to rotate shifts (6:00–14:00, 09:00–18:00, and 14:00–22:00).\*** * Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively convey knowledge. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous pursuit of improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver training courses at new points of sale (baking, decorating, beverage preparation, sales techniques, POS transactions, etc.) * Maintain records and track employee participation in training events. * Provide service at newly opened branches, including: customer service, workplace cleaning, beverage preparation, product arrangement on display counters and in refrigerated/freezer units, cash register transactions, cash reconciliations and closing procedures, inventory management, goods receipt, and complaint resolution. **WE OFFER:** * **\*Monthly gross salary of $11,030\*** * **\*Temporary contract of 6 months to 1 year\*** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Life insurance ***Interested candidates please apply through this channel*** Salary: $11,030\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * In which borough/municipality do you reside? * Are you available to travel to various branches within CDMX, the metropolitan area, and other parts of the country?
