Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Sales Representatives to serve customers, receive orders, prepare quotations and invoices, register prospects, follow up on leads, and provide comprehensive solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive customer service and sales management 2. Customer and prospect registration and follow-up 3. Providing complete and appropriate solutions for each customer A chemical industry company located in the municipality of Corregidora, Querétaro, is looking for **TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES**, with the following functions and responsibilities: \* Customer service via counter, WhatsApp, phone, and email \* Order reception \* Preparation of quotations, sales notes, and invoicing \* Registration of customers and prospects in the system (CRM) \* Daily lead follow-up \* Visits to prospects \* Providing complete and appropriate solutions for each customer \- *Willingness to travel 3 days per month \-round trip\-* *\- Work is 90% office-based and 10% field-based* *\-* ***In addition to the base salary, there is a commission scheme and a Savings Fund*** *\- A customer portfolio will be provided* *\- Experience managing CRM and/or ERP systems is required* *\- Must reside within or near the municipality of Corregidora* *\- Valid Class A driver's license required* Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Application Question(s): * Do you have experience with CRM and/or ERP?
