Job Summary: A professional is sought for the Council of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports to comprehensively manage construction projects—from tendering through monitoring and control—including heritage and tourism projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive project management in culture, heritage, sports, and tourism. 2. Preparation of budgets, property inspections, and valuation reports. 3. Preparation of essential technical documents for project execution. A professional is sought for the Council of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports in Mérida. Primary responsibilities include comprehensive management of construction projects, covering all stages from initial tendering to monitoring and control. This includes projects related to cultural promotion, historical heritage, sports, and tourism. Daily tasks involve preparing detailed construction budgets, conducting rigorous property inspections, and issuing valuation reports. Project and construction assignment monitoring is also required, as well as attendance at tender meetings, drafting relevant documentation. Technical reports and site visits to various buildings will be conducted, and essential technical documents for project execution will be prepared—including technical reports, budgets, and precise measurements. To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a Diploma in Technical Architecture, a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
