Job Summary: A professional for comprehensive project management within the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports, covering all stages from procurement to monitoring and control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive project management in culture, heritage, sports, and tourism. 2. Preparation of budgets, property inspections, and valuation reports. 3. Attendance at procurement meetings and preparation of technical documents. We are seeking a professional for the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports in Mérida. The main responsibilities include comprehensive project management, covering all stages from initial procurement through to monitoring and control. This includes projects related to cultural promotion, historical heritage, sports, and tourism. Daily tasks involve preparing detailed budgets for construction works, conducting rigorous property inspections, and issuing valuation reports. Project and construction work assignments must also be monitored, and attendance is required at procurement meetings, where relevant documentation will be drafted. Technical reports and site visits will be conducted at various buildings, and essential technical documents for construction execution will be prepared, including technical reports, budgets, and precise measurements. To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a Diploma in Technical Architecture, a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
