Job Summary: Sports World is seeking a passionate Swimming Instructor to teach classes to participants of various ages and ensure customer safety and satisfaction in a dynamic environment. Business training and access to facilities. **At Sports World, we fully embrace our emotions, work with passion, and transform the lives of our team within a fun and dynamic environment.** **Join us and become part of our great Wellness family!** **SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR** Location: Calz. del Valle 351, Del Valle, 66220 San Pedro Garza García, N.L., Mexico Education: Completed high school and/or technical degree; completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or related field; certification in Physical Conditioning, WSCA, NSSA, or SICCED. Experience: 1 year teaching experience, including instruction for infants, children, and adults. Responsibilities: Provide customer service and support; monitor physical safety of customers; meet monthly sales targets for sports programs; timely follow-up on swimming academy operations (schedules, lesson plans, monthly evaluations); maintain clean and well-kept facility areas; participate in departmental events. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Commission for personalized training sessions * Business training * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Savings fund * Excellent work environment * Job stability * Access to facilities **Schedule**: Intermediate: * Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. * + Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. + Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. + Sunday: 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
